Before and after photos are testament to the fact that concrete can be rehabilitated and made to look like new. The structural integrity of the concrete is of paramount importance as to whether or not it is worth salvaging, but often the issues are related to surface deterioration and cracking. Fixing it and resurfacing it makes the concrete stronger, protects it and extends its useful life.
