Epoxy finish

Our standard finish is a textured, concrete-like surface in a range of different colors. The sealer we typically use is colored, acrylic solvent sealer specifically designed for the polymer resurfacing materials that we use. We also offer different design options including tile and stone patterns, as well as borders and other design elements.

Epoxy is a sealer and is typically used indoors for spectacular looking flooring finishes. The flooring finish can be single color, colored vinyl flake or metallic effect finish.

For outdoor applications conventional epoxy has typically had its limitations as it tends to turn yellow when exposed to the sun. But advancements in the chemistry of epoxy, polyurea and polyaspartic resins have enabled its use outdoors. Instead of single colored finishes we can now install these epoxy coatings outdoors. Hybrid XT is a clear, glossy, 100% solids resin that combines the characteristics of epoxy, polyurea and polyaspartic resins for a superior, durable and spectacular looking finish. It is UV resistant, has zero VOC’s and virtually no smell. It has exceptional chemical resistance, bonding and wetting characteristics, and can be installed from 38 degrees celsius down to minus 18 degrees. It looks amazing and allows us to install a range of multi-colored finishes – outdoors and in!
